Invitational Air Gun Championship
5-7 July 2009 Diddle Arena Auxiliary Gym Bowling Green, KY MATCH PROGRAM DATES Registration will be held from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm in the registration office of the Diddle Arena Complex July 5th. The range will be open for practice at the completion of the BB gun match. Starting practice time will be approximately 2:30 p.m. This will be a squadded practice.
Matches will start Monday July 6th and Tuesday July 7th at 8:00 a.m. This match will likely be squadded with Precision and Sporter shooters sharing the relay.
Relays may be added or deleted and times adjusted as necessary. Any changes will be posted at the registration office.

ELIGIBILITY A person may compete in this match through August 31 of the year in which he or she graduates from high school or the equivalent. USA Shooting or NRA membership is not required.
AGE GROUP CLASSIFICATIONS .. C) Competitors who will not reach their 15th birthday in the year of competition. B) Competitors who have their 15th or 16th birthday in the year of competition. A) Competitors who have their 17th or 18th birthday in the year of competition.
CONDUCT OF MATCH The current National Standard Three-Position Air Rifle Rules will govern the conduct of these matches.
INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION All competition will be fired in accordance with individual match rules.
TEAM COMPETITION Team competition is a paper match combining 4 individual scores from within the same club. Men and women may compete on the same team. No competitor may fire on more than one team in any team competition. Team members must be named before the first team member begins to fire in the competition, and all team members must be members of the same club.
FINALS . An Olympic style Final will determine Grand Aggregate winners in the Three-Position Precision & Sporter Air Rifle Matches. Finals scores will be added to the 3-position scores to determine the Grand Aggregate winners. The finals will include the top eight (8) shooters, regardless of age classification, and will consist of 10 shots from the standing position, fired one shot at a time, with separate commands for each shot. Finals will be run separately for Precision and Sporter.
COURSE OF FIRE . The course of fire will be a 3X20
AWARDS . Medals will be awarded in the following categories: THREE POSITION PRECISION & SPORTER AIR RIFLE
