SHIPPING & HANDLING PRICE INCREASE DELAYED

In the CMP Sales Update of 4 April, 2008, we informed our customers that S&H charges would increase by 5% effective 1 June, 2008. Since FedEx has agreed to not raise prices for us at this time, we are delaying any S&H price increase for at least the rest of 2008.

AMMUNITION PURCHASE LIMIT

During the past 60 days we have experienced a ten-fold increase in orders for HXP .30-06 ammunition. This activity has significantly reduced our inventory. To ensure that the current inventory last another few years, effective immediately we are establishing an individual maximum purchase limit of ten cases of .30-06 HXP item # 407-Case and 10 cases of item # 415 per year.

NEW HXP .30-06 AMMUNITION PRICES

New prices are: Item #407-Case - $238 per case; item #407-Can - $60 per can; item #415 - $134 per case; item #415-CN $67 per can. New prices are effective 5 May, 2008. CMP will honor the old price for all orders already received, but not yet processed.

Item # 415BCAN. 400 rds. 20 rds per carton, 20 cartons in .50 cal ammo can. $100.00. S&H $16.00 per can.
Item # 415DCAN. 192 rds in 8 rd clips and bandoleers in .30 cal ammo can. $54.00. S&H $9.60 per can.
Item # 415ABOX. 400 rds. 20 rds per carton, 20 cartons in cardboard box. $96.00. SH $16.00 per box.

.30-40 KRAG "JUNK" AVAILABLE AT CMP STORES ONLY BEGINNING 4 JUNE, 2008.

The CMP has accumulated several hundred Krag rifles. These are all mostly returns from veterans' organizations where they have been used for ceremonial purposes for many decades. These rifles are in very poor condition and will only be sold at the stores where customers can inspect them before purchase. All sales final, no refunds or exchanges.
