Firearm safety is of the upmost importance to the CMP. Starting with
the Annual Statistical Report filed in 1999, we requested information from
our affiliates regarding safety related incidents that may have occurred
within their organization involving firearms. This report proves that
overall our affiliates, their leaders and members practice safe firearm
handling procedures.
